1. What HelloSplit provides
HelloSplit provides practical travel information for Split, Dalmatia and nearby Croatian travel decisions. You submit a travel question through the portal and receive an answer connected to a private code.
2. No account and private code access
The basic request flow does not use an account login. Access is based on the private code. Keep the code private. Anyone who has the code may be able to open the connected question and answer.
3. Travel information is not guaranteed
Travel information can change quickly. Opening hours, prices, menus, ferry and bus timetables, event schedules, availability, booking rules, weather and local conditions may change without notice.
You are responsible for checking important current details with the official provider before booking, travelling or relying on the information.
4. No professional or emergency advice
HelloSplit is not a medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency service. Do not use it for urgent situations. For emergencies, contact the appropriate local authorities or emergency services.
5. Your responsibilities
When using HelloSplit, you agree not to:
- submit spam, abusive, illegal, harmful or misleading content;
- submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for travel help;
- attempt to access requests that do not belong to you;
- attack, overload, scrape or interfere with the website or API;
- use the service to generate or distribute harmful, unlawful or deceptive content.
6. Answers and human review
Answers may be prepared with AI-assisted research and human review. We try to provide useful and current information, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, availability or suitability for your specific situation.
7. Refusing or limiting service
We may refuse, remove, limit, rate-limit or ignore requests that are abusive, spam-like, unlawful, unsafe, technically harmful or outside the purpose of the service.
8. Availability
HelloSplit may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed or changed at any time. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service without notice.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloSplit is not liable for losses, costs, damages, missed bookings, travel disruption or decisions made based on information from the service.
